• Advertising placements

• Donations

• Production services

• Program sponsorships

By completing a payment through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Donations

All donations made to Radio Nuwe Lied are voluntary and non-refundable.

If a donation was made in error (for example, an incorrect amount), you may contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds for mistaken donations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Advertising Payments

Payments made for advertising services are generally non-refundable once the advertisement has been scheduled or broadcast.

If an advertisement has not yet been produced, scheduled, or aired, a cancellation request may be submitted. If approved, a partial or full refund may be issued at the discretion of Radio Nuwe Lied.

4. Production Services

Production services may include audio production, recording, editing, or related media services.

• If a project is cancelled before work has started, a full refund may be issued.

• If work has already begun, refunds will be for the balance only, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Once production work has been completed and delivered, payments are non-refundable.

5. Program Sponsorships

Program sponsorship payments secure advertising or promotional placement within specific programs.

• Sponsorships may be cancelled before the sponsorship period begins.

• If the sponsorship has already started, refunds are generally not available.

• In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of Radio Nuwe Lied.

6. Payment Errors or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or charged more than once, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction so we can investigate and resolve the matter.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Paystack. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
